Automatic check if a newly created link is indexed is now live at app.base.me

We improved our link health crawler so it registers relative links and URLs as live and healthy links.
That will reduce the number of false negative crawl notifications even more.

My personal opinion is that if I'm paying for a link, I have the right to request to be an absolute link, not a relative. Especially if the editor on the same page has both types of URLs.
